We are so committed to our services that we offer you our "Pause Promise". You must be totally happy with our service at all times. If we fail to meet your standards, just let us know and we will give you a discount/credit of the value of the last stay on your next booking to make it up.

DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING
In order for the dog obedience to be successful the minimum stay needs to be 10 days. The 6th lesson is intended for the owner of the dog and goes for one hour and is an integral part of the finishing of the programme. This lesson is offered only at Kulnura.
TRANSPORT OPTIONS
We offer transport three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 1.30pm and 5.30pm at our old facility in Hornsby. Bookings and time confirmation are essential as limited spaces are available. Extra Large dogs will be charged at $20.00 for both ways due to taking up a large amount of space.

STANDARD ADDITIONAL FEES (All services):
- Waiting fees apply for transport (both pick up and drop off) at Hornsby. This is a fee of $10.00 for every 30 minutes.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date will be charged at $40.00 for one dog and $80.00 for two dogs.
- Refunds will be given if the boarding trip is cancelled half way through, however, it will be based on the remaining days outstanding minus 30%.
